Privacy Policy (English)

This privacy policy applies to all apps for mobile devices (hereby referred to as "Application") that were created by jungle (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as Ad Supported services. Some Applications also offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Because each Application offers different features, the information actually collected differs from app to app. Each Application collects only the information needed for the features it provides. The Data safety section of each Application on Google Play shows its specific data practices.

Information Collection and Use

The Application may collect information when you download and use it. This information may include:

  • Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
  • The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit
  • The time spent on the Application
  • The operating system and model of your mobile device, and a random identifier created for each installation
  • Advertising ID, used to show and measure ads
  • Push notification token, used to send notifications you have allowed
  • Crash and diagnostic information, used to fix errors
  • Purchase and subscription records (product, date, amount, order number), if you make an in-app purchase or subscription. Payments are processed by Google Play, and the Service Provider does not receive your card or other payment details.

Only when you use a feature that needs it, and only after you grant the related permission, the Application may also access:

  • Precise location information (e.g., GPS or network-based location data), for location-based features
  • Contacts, calendar, photos, files, camera or microphone, only to perform the feature you requested (for example, backup, scanning or recording). Where possible this is processed on your device, and information processed only on your device is not sent to the Service Provider.
  • Content you enter or provide (such as text, questions, memos, names or dates), only to provide the requested result. For online features such as AI answers, search or translation, this content may be sent to the Service Provider's server and to the service that performs the function.
  • Files you choose to save in your own cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive), which are stored in your account and cannot be accessed by the Service Provider.

You can refuse or withdraw any permission at any time in your device settings. The Application may collect this information to improve user experience and app functionality. The Service Provider may also use this data to contact you with important updates, notices, or promotional content.

For a better experience, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information. This data will be retained and used as described in this Privacy Policy. The Service Provider does not sell personal information.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help improve the Application. The Service Provider may share information as described below:

  • As required by law (e.g., subpoena or government request)
  • When necessary to protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud
  • With trusted third-party service providers who operate under this privacy policy

Advertising

The Application shows ads through Google AdMob, which may use your Advertising ID and device information to show and measure ads. In regions where consent is required, the Application asks for your consent before showing personalized ads. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Settings > Google > All services > Ads).

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some Applications offer in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions through Google Play. A subscription renews automatically at the displayed price after any free trial, unless you cancel it before the next billing date in Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application using your device's standard uninstall process. You can also withdraw permissions (such as location, contacts or notifications) in your device settings, or reset your Advertising ID.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider retains user-provided data as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time afterward. Information stored only on your device is deleted when you uninstall the Application, and files you saved yourself remain until you delete them. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law (such as the GDPR, the CCPA, or the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea), you may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal information, and withdraw your consent at any time by contacting goodboy00girl@gmail.com.

Children & Family

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect information from or market to children under 13 years of age (under 14 in Korea, or the age set by local law).

If a child under 13 provides personal data, it will be deleted immediately. Parents or guardians aware of such cases may contact: goodboy00girl@gmail.com.

Security

The Service Provider implements physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality and integrity of user data, and uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) when sending data.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

本プライバシーポリシーは、jungle（以下「サービス提供者」）によって作成された、広告サポート付きサービスとして提供されるすべてのモバイルデバイス用アプリ（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。一部の本アプリでは、任意のアプリ内購入または定期購入を提供しています。本サービスは「現状有姿（AS IS）」で提供されるものです。

本アプリはアプリごとに機能が異なるため、実際に収集する情報もアプリごとに異なります。各アプリは提供する機能に必要な情報のみを収集します。アプリごとの詳細は Google Play の「データ セーフティ」をご確認ください。

情報の収集と利用

本アプリは、お客様がダウンロードおよび使用する際に情報を収集する場合があります。この情報には以下が含まれる可能性があります。

  • お客様のデバイスのインターネットプロトコルアドレス（例：IPアドレス）
  • お客様が訪問した本アプリのページ、訪問日時
  • 本アプリの利用時間
  • モバイルデバイスのオペレーティングシステム（OS）・機種、インストールごとに作成されるランダムな識別子
  • 広告の表示・測定に使用する広告ID
  • 許可された通知を送信するためのプッシュ通知トークン
  • 不具合修正のためのクラッシュ・診断情報
  • アプリ内購入・定期購入をされた場合の購入履歴（商品、日時、金額、注文番号）。決済は Google Play で処理され、サービス提供者はカード等の決済情報を受け取りません。

該当する機能を利用し、関連する権限を許可した場合に限り、本アプリは以下にもアクセスすることがあります。

  • 位置情報機能のための正確な位置情報（例：GPSまたはネットワークベースの位置データ）
  • ご依頼の機能（例：バックアップ、スキャン、録音）の実行のみを目的とした連絡先、カレンダー、写真、ファイル、カメラ、マイク。可能な場合は端末内で処理し、端末内でのみ処理する情報はサービス提供者に送信されません。
  • ご入力・ご提供いただいた内容（文章、質問、メモ、名前、日付など）。ご依頼の結果の提供のみに使用します。AIによる回答、検索、翻訳などのオンライン機能では、サービス提供者のサーバーおよび機能を提供する事業者に送信される場合があります。
  • お客様ご自身のクラウドストレージ（例：Google ドライブ）に保存したファイル。お客様のアカウントに保存され、サービス提供者はアクセスできません。

権限は端末の設定からいつでも拒否・取り消しできます。本アプリは、ユーザー体験の向上およびアプリ機能の改善のためにこれらの情報を収集する場合があります。また、サービス提供者は、重要な更新、通知、またはプロモーションコンテンツについてお客様に連絡するために、このデータを使用する場合があります。

より良い体験を提供するために、サービス提供者はお客様に特定の個人情報の提供を求める場合があります。このデータは、本プライバシーポリシーに記載されている通りに保持および使用されます。サービス提供者は個人情報を販売しません。

第三者へのアクセス

集計され匿名化されたデータのみが、本アプリの改善に役立てるために外部サービスへ定期的に送信されます。サービス提供者は、以下に記載する場合において情報を共有することがあります。

  • 法律により要求された場合（例：召喚状や政府の要請など）
  • 権利、安全の保護、または不正調査のために必要であると判断された場合
  • 本プライバシーポリシーに従って運営される信頼できる第三者サービス提供者と共有する場合

本アプリには、独自のプライバシーポリシーを持つ第三者サービスが含まれる場合があります。

広告

本アプリは Google AdMob により広告を表示し、広告の表示・測定に広告IDや端末情報が使用される場合があります。同意が必要な地域では、パーソナライズ広告の前に同意を求めます。広告IDは端末の設定（設定 > プライバシー > 広告、または 設定 > Google > すべてのサービス > 広告）でリセット・削除できます。

アプリ内購入・定期購入

一部の本アプリでは、Google Play によるアプリ内購入または自動更新の定期購入を提供しています。定期購入は無料トライアル終了後、表示価格で自動更新されます。次回請求日までに Google Play ストア > お支払いと定期購入 > 定期購入 で解約できます。

オプトアウトの権利

デバイスの標準的なアンインストール手順で本アプリをアンインストールすることにより、すべてのデータ収集を停止できます。また、端末の設定で権限（位置情報、連絡先、通知など）を取り消したり、広告IDをリセットしたりできます。

データ保持ポリシー

サービス提供者は、お客様が本アプリを使用している間およびその後の合理的な期間、ユーザー提供データを保持します。端末内のみに保存された情報はアンインストール時に削除され、お客様ご自身で保存したファイルは削除されるまで残ります。データの削除をご希望の場合は、goodboy00girl@gmail.com までご連絡ください。

お客様の権利

適用される法令（GDPR、CCPA、韓国個人情報保護法など）に基づき、個人情報の開示・訂正・削除を請求し、同意をいつでも撤回することができます。goodboy00girl@gmail.com までご連絡ください。

子どもと家族

サービス提供者は、13歳未満（韓国では14歳未満、またはその地域の法令が定める年齢）の子どもから故意に情報を収集したり、子どもを対象にマーケティングを行ったりすることはありません。

13歳未満の子どもが個人データを提供した場合は、直ちに削除します。そのような事例をご存じの保護者の方は、goodboy00girl@gmail.com までご連絡ください。

セキュリティ

サービス提供者は、ユーザーデータの機密性と完全性を保護するために、物理的、電子的、および手続き上の安全対策を講じ、データ送信時には暗号化通信（HTTPS）を使用します。

変更

本プライバシーポリシーは随時更新される場合があります。更新内容は本ページに掲載され、本アプリの継続使用をもって更新内容に同意したものとみなされます。
